6:49am. MVFD was requested with Tower Ladder 18-5-1 by Somers Volunteer Fire Department to a residential structure fire on Loomis Dr.

MVFD’s ladder crew of 3 and car 18-1-1 responded being assigned to roof operations as the fire had made its way to the attic area.

MVFD remained on scene operating for about 4 1/2 hours. Other departments assigned and operating.
