10/29/24. 2:01pm. MVFD was dispatched to relocate one engine to the Headquarters of Croton Falls Fire Department, while they responded to a residential structure fire off Nash Rd in the Town of North Salem.

Croton Falls units arriving had been met with heavy fire and updated the assignment to a 2nd alarm bring into the scene MVFD’s Engine 18-2-3, Tanker 18-4-1 and Car 18-1-3 along with multiple other Westchester County Departments.

MVFD remained on scene for approximately 2 1/2 hours before being retuned to Putnam County. Mahopac Falls Vol. Fire Department relocated to MVFD headquarters and covered our district while we assisted Croton Falls FD.
